Milano Tour Adventure by public transport, walking and cycling  Lombardy Italy

Milan is a metropolis and the centre of the fashion industry in northern Italy, the capital of the Lombardy region. Milan hosts a large number of works of art, history, museums, monuments, the famous extraordinary Teatro alla Scala (a famous opera or ballet theater) and large green spaces such as Parco Sempione,  as well as romantic nightlife on the Naviglio or Brera and the internationally renowned Fashion Hub.

There is quite a large choice for all tastes and prices for shopping: the most exclusive upscale boutiques around the world are located in via Montenapoleone and via della Spiga (a truly unique and extraordinary streets), along with affordable streetwear brands that are in via Torino or corso Buenos Aires, and many outlets on corso Vittorio Emanuele.

In the heart of Milan there is the fabulous and famous Piazza del Duomo enclosed by the grandiose Gothic-style Duomo from atop which one can view the city from above. Next to the Duomo is the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, the oldest commercial gallery with boutiques luxury names such us Prada, Versace and others. Inside the Galleria are high quality restaurants such as The Savini, Caffe Camparino, La Galleria, Motta, Biffi and others. The Galleria connects to Piazza della Scala.

Milan is changing lately in some areas as it modernizes itself. It is a city with two souls, history and architectural innovation,  with new types of environments, sustainable design for the future and new technologies that guide Milan towards its identity.Milan offers a great way to live in cities!

The modern Porta Nuova district of Milan is located near the historic Corso Garibaldi, Corso Como and Isola. Here began the change of inspiration, a dramatic and unique transformation of the modern style of contemporary architecture into the modern world, a truly unique place that includes the fabulous and innovative Vertical Forest, buildings characterised by greenery, pointing towards a greener future.
