Europe is a continent on a completely different scale than North America and taking a cycling trip in Europe is a unique and memorable experience, because where the distances between a territory are often smaller and closer together, which makes traveling between certain regions much more easily, meeting many different cultures but physically very close to each other, and hearing other different languages.

On these trips they were completely self-contained traveling in company with just one person where each day we had chosen our routes based on the scenery of the region, what we wanted to visit and explore each country at our own pace and choose accommodation at the end of the day and discover them while sitting on the saddle of a bicycle are experiences that are difficult to forget!

Unfortunately on these trips there were not many cycle paths or established routes, but now cycle tourism has become a rapidly growing trend in Europe and in recent years there are more cycle paths to select from and you can cycle based on the large network of cycling routes that are conveniently connected to the alternate, additional means of transport if you need it, including trains, ships or ferries.

On the last cycle trip there were many routes and in the vicinity of the cycle paths they offer services to cyclists including numerous accommodation for cyclists, refreshment points and facilities for repairing bikes and charging e-bikes.

And even more incredible is the EuroVelo, the network of cycle paths 80,000 km long in total and divided into 17 itineraries that cross Europe in all directions. as well as many bike-friendly countryside areas.

Despite the fatigue faced in the days spent on a bicycle discovering part of the territories surrounding Europe and getting lost in the beauty of the landscapes and cultures and in the many people I met, they were able to give me great joy and above all I have always been grateful for their hospitality and encouragement I received from so many Europeans during my tours. Thank you all!
