Another bicycle tour offers another experience in Europe that has so much to offer among wonderful and unforgettable places to discover, to enjoy the most fantastic experience by bicycle in an eco-sustainable way, combining culture with a great variety of landscapes, unique places and freedom.

So here is my fourth trip where we passes though England, France and Italy.

The journey began in London, England pedalling to Guildford, a town in southern England until reaching Portsmouth. Portsmouth is a port city and naval base on England's south coast. Then from Portsmouth we took the Brittany Ferries ferry and a route of

10 hours connects England with France at St Malo.

After reaching St Malo we cycled to Mont Saint-Michel which is a tidal island situated on the coast on the border of Brittany and Normandy regions. It was a notorious prison during the French Revolution.

From Mount St Michel we pedalled across the southwestern side of France through Rennes, Tours, Poitiers, Bordeaux (famous wine-growing region) to Lourdes (christian pilgrimage town) nestled at the foot of the Pyrenees mountains, and then on to Barcelona Spain.

From Barcelona we embarked on a ferry for the island of Ibiza and it is a route that takes 7 hours. We visited this Island strolling around the town and the beautiful beaches.

Then, we took the same ferry back to Barcelona and north to Giron and then to Figueres, the birthplace of Salvador Dali. Next we cycled into France and on to Perpignon, Montpellier via the Rhone valley to Orange, Nyons, Serres, Gap, Savignes-le-Lac, Ebrun, then up the beautiful Durance river Briançon and up and on to stay at MontGenevre overnight and next day onward into the Italian alps, down into the hinterland to Turin, Novara and ending the journey in Milan.
