Cycling through Vancouver's Canada Line, Southland, UBC, Point Grey Beaches (Spanish Banks, Locarno, Jericho and Kitslano), Poin Grey road is a designed path for bicycles, Mount Pleasant, Seaaside Routes, Arbutus Greenway and Richmond.

⦿ Start and Finish -Terra Nova "Middle Arm" is located along the north shore of Richmond between the No. 2 Road Bridge and Terra Nova Rural Park. 63.35Km

Highlights:

• Canada Line Bridge Cycling Path is a designated bikes/pedestrina path that can be used both directions.

• Southlands is home to the Musqueam First Nation, in the city of Vancouver. It is a unique country neighbourhood with many paths, wooded trails (often you can spot a coyotes) and the Fraser River Trail. There is lots to see there; horses, Muscqueam Culture Centre, Southlands Riding Club, historic pioneer area, horse tables and YES yield to horses in the roads or trails!

• UBC is The University Endowment Lands situated to the west of the city of Vancouver. See more Paific Spirit Park     

• Point Grey Beaches are famous beaches in Vancouver (Spanish Banks, Locarno, Jericho and Kitsilano).  A nice path with spectacular views. It's also the start of the Foreshore Trail Pacific Park that follows an escarpment above the shoreline.

• Seaside Greenway is a route along Point Grey Road that is closed for cars.

• Mount Pleasant is a short section of southern False Creek from Cambie Bridge over the end of False Creek at Science World. The former 2010 Olympic Village for Athlete’s, called 'Village on False Creek”, is a great community that based of innovative energy efficiency and sustainability systems consists of condos,  nice restaurants, parks, etc.

• Seaside Routes lie to the north past Science World and around the other side of False Creek  It is close to the northern centre city and shore west to Yaletown.

• The Arbutus Greenway is a multi-use trail that can be used both directions North to South or viceversa.

• Arthur Laing Bridge Connects Vancouver to Vancouver International Airport on the Sea Island. This also used to be a good way to Richmond.

• Number 2 Bridge is a crossing over the middle arm of the Fraser River, and River Rd.
