It was raining when we woke up so we were in no hurry to leave.  But we did.  We left at noon and the rain let up a bit.  The road was right along the shore again, the views were so nice.  The road was still narrow and without shoulders. We travelled on to the next viewpoint, Stewarts Point, which is right at the ocean.  It was beautiful!  We kept going as the rain eased off and we stopped for lunch at a State Park campground.

The weather was dry and warm now so we were happy.  We carried on towards Fort Ross but the rain started again.  This time a little heavier! We started to climb into Fort Ross, a neat place, there is an old fort there!  But we kept climbing to the top of what we called Foggy, rainy mountain!

It was a foggy, rainy mountain for sure but the panoramic views were spectacular!  We had lots of photo stops!  We also saw a lot of cattle guards and lots of cows too!  The cows were calling to Patrizia and Patrizia called and filmed them back!We had to descend slowly and carefully because the road was very wet and could be slippery so no speed record today.

We decided to stop at Jenner  and we decided to stay at a nice Jenner Inn.  We were too wet to camp!  We were very lucky because there was only one room left!  We got the Honey Suckle room which is really a 2 room cabin!  We have a bicycle bedroom because they really need to dry out!Still no phone service so we have to use the internet in the inn lobby!  The lobby is really neat, with lots of Great Gatsby type music playing!  This is a very cool, relaxing place!
