Murrin Loop and Jurassic Ridge Trail are  hikes are located north of Vancouver between Britannia Beach and just south of Squamish beside the Sea-to-Sky Highway  in Murrin Provincial. In the park features a small Browning lake - famous for swimming, fishing and picnic and has several rock climbing walls and with hiking trails.


The route is a short loop trail and the easiest hikes in Squamish, a route generally considered moderately challenging at a high elevation, due to the technicality of the portion of the Jurassic Ridge Trail, yet climbing the smooth slab of rock of the epic The Quercus Viewpoint is truly spectacular!


The route starts from the car park, follows the path towards Browning Lake and goes up a forest path of roots, stones, stones scattered everywhere until you reach the first panoramic view where there is a wooden bench where you can enjoy a panoramic view breathless.


Then it continues on rather steep sections passing by various vertical walls used for climbing, the route continues and ends at the rocky bluff where del Quercus viewpoint and there opens a window of spectacular views of Howe Sound and the surrounding mountains, a true postcard landscape. After the incredible panoramic route the return to the car park near Lake Browning. It was a nice short hike hike!
