My cycle tour began by leaving my friend's house and I made my way Fairmount. I skirted Long Lake for a while to then reach Herring Cove where I rode along a very quiet road that took me to Herring Cove. Herring Cove is a lovely place with a beautiful coastline and breathtaking scenery. After that I continued on Ketch Harbour Rd passing by Halibut Bay, Bear Cove, Portuguese Cove, Duncans Cove, Ketch Harbour and finally to Sombrio, a charming rural fishing community on the Chebucto Peninsula. Then I followed Herring Cove Rd which took me to Long Pound Beach and from this point I went back doing a circular tour to the place where I started the bicycle adventure!
