Lanzada is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Sondrio in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 150 kilometres (93 mi) northeast of Milan and 18 kilometres (11 mi) north of Sondrio, on the border with Switzerland.

Lanzada is a village in Lombardy and has about 1,200 residents and an elevation of 983 metres.

Lanzada borders the following municipalities: Caspoggio, Chiesa in Valmalenco, Chiuro, Montagna in Valtellina, Pontresina (Switzerland), Poschiavo (Switzerland), Samedan (Switzerland), Sils im Engadin/Segl (Switzerland).

It is a cute town no far from ski resorts and also has nice trails to explore!
